I drive 40min to go Imaans for laser and brow threading. I had someone before mess up my bows. At Imaans they listen to what I want and how I want to grow them and where. They do exactly what I need with patience and checking along the way. I always get compliments on my brows and I always say Imaans. They have also been great with me and laser. My lip and chin are now done and I’ve been doing Brazilian. With darker skin it does take more sessions in certain spots anyone will tell you the same. I’ve now moved onto my legs and maintenance with my Brazilian. I did one under arm session and haven’t needed to do another… but will as soon as I see hair again. They use a very good laser compatible with pretty much any skin type. I would refer anyone here ~ Charlene D

This was my first time getting a lash lift a tint done and Purvi did it. She did a phenomenal job!! Before we begun she did a little “consultation” to decide what I want. Since it was my first time, I was unsure what would look good on me and gave her free rein to do what she thinks is best. She told me what she thought would look good based on my eye shape and eyelashes, I trusted her and she did not disappoint! Every step in the process I was told what was going on and she kept asking if everything was alright along the way (was I uncomfortable was anything stinging stuff like that). If I ever get a lash lift and tint again I will definitely be going back to her and would recommend her to anyone wanting one. ~ Hubab S

I’ve tried laser at various other salons in my life and I have to say if you’re looking for results you HAVE to come here . After four sessions my arms and tummy are almost completely bare. The owner knows what’s she’s doing and she’s Very professional . She cares about getting the client results and she will do what she can to get you the results you want. She’s never burned me once . She’s very knowledgeable about her laser machine and the limits she can go with it . Her machine is laser not an IPL and I find laser is way better if you’re looking for permanent results. Please come here for your laser treatments . I won’t go anywhere else in London . You are the best !!!! Thank you !!! ~ D P

Home away from home - These professionals are so gentle and amazing when it comes to doing eyebrows. First off, their place is absolutely gorgeous, and they have such a professional and welcoming atmosphere. I’d also like to mention the amazing staff. Secondly, THE RESULTS!! My eyebrows are absolutely flawless every single time I step out of this establishment. The staff is so gentle, and knows how to keep the perfect shape. I’d really recommend going here, whether it’s your first ever time getting your eyebrows done, or you’ve been getting them done for years like me. They’ve made the process of getting my eyebrows done completely stress free, and they’re really close to campus in case other students also need to get work done. I rarely write reviews but I must for Imaan's. I've always had problematic skin for years related to acne and permanent deep acne scars being in my late twenties. I only started coming a year ago and my skin has really transformed. Kanwal takes the time to meticulously observe your skin and diagnose what she knows will be the best custom treatment for your skin. I started microneedling and with only two sessions my (what i thought were permanent) acne scars have significantly reduced, just in time for my wedding. Kanwal and her staff are very kind, friendly and do the job right - not to mention their prices are very reasonable! ~ Sehrish Q

I just got home after having my eyebrows micro-bladed by Kanwal and I am extremely happy with my results. Meticulous would be one word I would use to describe her work as she ensures the environment is completely sanitized, she takes her time doing measurements/sketching the outlines and allows you to look at yourself throughout the process so you do not have any unwelcoming surprises. I have had a number of procedures done, and rarely feel as confident in people's work as I did with hers. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded at Imaan's for years and I always have had the best experience! I decided to try laser with Mina (legs, brazillian and underarms) and it has honestly been life changing. I have light skin and dark coarse hair, so I used to have to shave EVERY day and always had terrible razor burn no matter what I did to prevent it. I literally don't have to shave anymore and my skin looks so so nice (no more dark shadows of hair coming in). I couldn't recommend getting this treatment done enough! This place is deceiving. You think you're just going into the basement of a house when you actually walk into a proper salon! I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and professionalism of the space. I've been to other places where the floors are dirty, there's wax on the walls (??), and you're basically ignored by the people who work there. At Imaan I was promptly greeted and taken in to my appointment. The appointment itself was quick, and efficient. I'm happy that I finally found my regular place! One small thing I would suggest is putting the parking information on the website (unless it's there and I didn't see it). Or maybe a sign on the parking area. I ended up parking in the front, then walking to the front door, reading the sign, getting back in the car and driving around. Really wouldn't be a big deal in the summer but it wasn't ideal in the winter with the snow and cold. ~ Maya P

I just moved to London and booked them for a Brazilian wax job. I had Sonya as my professional waxer, and she did an excellent job! She made the environment comfortable and very professional. She did an amazing job telling me what she was doing, and honestly her skills made it hurt less. It has been about a week, and I can tell she did an excellent job - I have super sensitive skin and can’t even shave, and even waxing causes me ingrown hairs! I only had 1 ingrown hair from this experience (which is super rare for my sensitive skin!!!). Kind of a detailed review, but it’s honest and she deserves a good review! ~ Katti

I'm so glad I made the move with Zahra to Imaan's. I would have followed her anywhere because she is the best at her craft (I just had my eyelashes tinted, and every one of them is dyed!), but ending up at Imaan's was more than I could have hoped for! The salon is beautiful and comfortable. The staff, without exception, are warm and friendly. Kanwal uses excellent products; the wax is more gentle than anything else I've ever tried. I’ve been seeing Kanwal at Imaans for almost a year, and she’s truly exceptional. Over the years, I’ve had my eyebrows waxed by many aestheticians and have experienced everything from lifting to uneven shaping. When I first visited Kanwal, she immediately recognized what needed to be corrected from past mistakes. After several months under her care, my brows have been beautifully restored. I've been here a couple of times for eyebrow threading and always received perfect service. The salon is in the basement level of a house but it is very well lit and super clean. The ladies are very friendly and will take the time to get the look you want. If you are not very chatty, the ladies are okay with working in silence! No need to make awkward conversation if you dont want to. There is enough parking AND you can pay with credit or debit (something I haven't found with many eyebrow threading places!) ~ Maria Q

Kanwal has done two laser hair removal treatments for me so far and she is professional and friendly. Also, I have already had very dramatic results. The machine she uses is the best one on the market and she is gentle and very conscious of keeping her clients comfortable. I also received eyebrow threading and was very pleased with the outcome. The prices are reasonable and the studio itself is clean and very high-end. I would definitely recommend this studio. I was getting my eyebrows waxed for years until my cousin sent me to Imaan's for threading. Kanwal completely transformed my brows! My brows have never been bad, but the first thing she noticed was how they weren't levelled. It took a few months of leaving strategic hairs unplucked, but after that it was smooth sailing! This was my first time ever getting my eyebrows done. This photo does not do justice to the job done. I was simply blown away by how symmetrical and neat the eyebrows looked after the job was completed. I had mangled one of my brows, trying to shape it. It was fixed to perfection. I usually have to mess with fixing imperfections with an eyebrow pencil and concealer. No more. Thanks ladies. I will make regular appointments to keep these in shape ❤ ~ Sylvia J

I've been seeing Kanwal for facials for 4 months now and I could not be more in love with the differences! After our first session I noticed improvements to my skins's texture, and now we're working on managing years of acne scarring. Extractions and exfoliating are inherently painful, but she makes it all tolerable and handles all the procedures with such care. All worth it! This was my first time there. I had a conflict for my original time and they were so accommodating and let me reschedule. Mansi did my eyebrows, and they look amazing. They're so clean, and shaped so beautifully. This is one of the only times I've had threading done where it didn't hurt. Mansi herself was so lovely and kind. Thank you so much for looking after me! I got a lash lift and tint done with Purvi and she was amazing! She took time in the beginning of the session to ask what I wanted, and offered recommendations on what she felt would look best. We agreed on an L curl and it came out amazing! She is so detail oriented and takes time and patience on her work. She’s consistently checking in to make sure clients are doing alright. I have been going here for years. Prices have always been the same, reasonable, and great staff. I only go for threading and they do a great job. I can't comment on other services but Kanwal is great and she does most of the other services herself. Bahareh does such an amazing job every time I get my eyebrows threaded by her. She is quick, but is very precise and thorough.
